Pilkington

A startup was taking over a floor of Calgary’s historic Pilkington Building and needed the space to reflect its energy while keeping pace with its rapid growth. The building’s original brick and concrete were left exposed, and the plan was built around a long café bar at the centre of the floor, with banquette seating alongside it, glass-walled meeting rooms at the perimeter, and a row of focus rooms for work that calls for quiet.
