Crescent Heights

While brand new, this builder-built home lacked the elevated aesthetic the owner envisioned. An overhaul of the main-floor living space replaced builder-grade finishes with an integrated design for the kitchen, pantry, and living room. Anchored by a massive single-level island, flush-set appliances, and a dramatic linear glass-and-mirror mosaic backsplash, the refined material palette bridges the three connected zones.
